Under the mantle of Our Lady, Mary Help of Christians, united with Saint Joseph and inspired by St. John Bosco, patron of youth.
Saint Eleanor Catholic Church Youth Groups (Grades 5–12) provide a welcoming space for teens to discover God, embrace their identity in Him, and grow in relationship with Jesus and one another. Our mission is to empower young people to live holy lives as disciples of Christ, actively participating in the life and mission of the Church while fostering personal and spiritual growth.
We do this through prayer, faith and leadership formation, service projects, works of mercy, and fun social activities. Our goal is to make youth feel at home in their parish and included in every aspect of parish life.
Saint Eleanor Youth Group is a home, a school, a church, and a place of friendship— to belong, learn, make friends, and grow in faith. Here, young people know they are loved by God, cherished by the Church, and formed to be strong Catholics for the greater glory of God.
Join Our Joyful, Faith-Filled Youth Group!
We are a community guided by God’s love and the Church, where you’ll:
- Discover the joy of living a life centered on Jesus Christ and share that joy with others.
- Encounter God in everyday life and learn how He meets us where we are.
- Grow in friendship with Jesus, our Teacher and Savior, who walks with us on life’s journey.
- Live and love within the Church, nourished by the Word and Sacraments, inspired by Mary, the first disciple.
- Serve others and help build God’s Kingdom in both ordinary and extraordinary ways.

F.A.Q
Who can participate? Activities are open to all young people in grades 5 through 12, regardless of which school they attend, where they live, or where they worship. We welcome all young people from Catholic schools, public schools, private schools, charter schools, and home schools.
Can parents attend youth group meetings? Yes! Parents are more than welcome to join and serve. For the safety of all, all parents must be in compliance with all safe environment training.
If I'm not a parent, can I still be a volunteer or chaperone? Absolutely! There is a volunteer role for you! All adult chaperones must be over 21+ years old and be in compliance with all safe environment training.
Why is youth group important? Our primary focus is helping our students become disciples of Jesus and ultimately, saints. This is a safe space to learn about their faith and grow in community with their peers. Here we can share the love of God and walk with them through their faith journey.

"Dear young people, do not be afraid to risk your lives by making space for Jesus Christ and his Gospel. This is the way to find inner peace and true happiness. It is the way to live fully as children of God, created in his image and likeness. Seek joy in the Lord: for joy is the fruit of faith." - Pope Benedict XVI
